Subprocessors

Purpose

This page lists the third-party service providers (“Subprocessors”) that Capconvert, LLC. uses to deliver its agency services (SEO, GEO, PPC, CRO, content) and the broader Capconvert business operations. A separate page at /cortex/subprocessors lists the Subprocessors specific to the Cortex SaaS product. There is significant overlap, but the agency-side list includes additional collaboration and ops tools.

Customers subject to a Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) may rely on this page as the authoritative list of authorized agency Subprocessors. The DPA is available at /dpa.

Marketing & Analytics Platform Connectors

These vendors are accessed on behalf of the Customer when the Customer authorizes a connection. Each connection is OAuth- or service-account-based and limited to read scopes unless explicitly approved by the Customer.

• Google LLC (Search Console, Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Google Ads, Business Profile, Places, BigQuery CrUX) - per-Customer access via OAuth or service account.
• Microsoft Corporation (Bing Webmaster Tools, Microsoft Advertising) - per-Customer access via OAuth.
• Meta Platforms, Inc. - Meta Ads Marketing API for ad-account access when authorized.
• Amazon.com, Inc. (Amazon Ads) - Amazon Advertising API for ad-account access when authorized.
• TikTok Pte. Ltd. - TikTok Ads API for ad-account access when authorized.

Search Intelligence & Audit Tools

• Ahrefs Pte. Ltd. - SEO data, backlink graph, keyword research, Site Audit, GSC connector.
• Brave Software, Inc. - Brave Search API for SERP retrieval used in audits.
• Screaming Frog Ltd. - desktop crawling tool licensed to Capconvert; no Customer Data transmitted externally.
• Google PageSpeed Insights API.

AI / ML Providers

• Anthropic, PBC - Claude for reasoning, audit evaluation, recommendation authoring. Anthropic does not use Capconvert API traffic to train its models per the Commercial Terms of Service.
• OpenAI, L.L.C. - ChatGPT API for AI engine citation auditing and GEO checks. Inputs and outputs are not retained by OpenAI for training under the API data policy.
• Google LLC - Gemini API for grounded search and AI Overview citation auditing.

Infrastructure & Compute

• Vercel, Inc. - application hosting, edge network, deployment. United States.
• Neon, Inc. - managed Postgres database. United States, AWS US-East-2 / US-West-2.
• Cloudflare, Inc. - CDN, DNS, bot management, edge security.
• Amazon Web Services, Inc. - underlying infrastructure for managed services and certain object storage.

Payments & Billing

• Stripe, Inc. - payment processing, invoicing, subscription billing.

Communications & Internal Operations

• Google LLC (Google Workspace) - corporate email (capconvert.com domain), calendar, Drive for deliverable storage.
• Slack Technologies, LLC - internal collaboration and Customer-facing shared channels.
• Fathom Inc. - call transcription for internal note-taking on agreed-recording calls.
• Loom, Inc. - screen recordings for walkthroughs and async updates.
• Notion Labs, Inc. - internal knowledge base and project notes.
• Twilio (SendGrid). - transactional email delivery.
• Mailchimp Transactional (Mandrill). - backup transactional email delivery.
• Klaviyo, Inc. - marketing email lifecycle communications to Capconvert prospects and customers.

Changes to This List

Updates to this list are posted at this URL. Customers subject to a DPA receive at least fifteen (15) calendar days’ advance email notice of new Subprocessors that will materially process their Customer Data. Customers may object to a new Subprocessor by sending written notice within that window in accordance with the DPA.
